SUSTAINABLY CERTIFIED

At REMSGOLD, we produce environmentally certified laundry, cleaning, and care products as well as disinfectants for the B2B market. Our focus is on sustainable solutions that can be awarded prestigious certifications such as ECOCERT, Vegan, Ecogarantie, or the EU Ecolabel.

We are happy to support you in certifying your products as eco-friendly and sustainable. Working closely with our development, quality management, and environmental management teams, we carefully review your formulations and handle the entire project management process—from product development to successful certification.

ECOcERT

Products certified with the ECOCERT label are made from natural raw materials of plant or mineral origin. They do not contain genetically modified organisms, nanotechnology, synthetic fragrances and dyes, or fillers.

EU Ecolabel

The EU Ecolabel is awarded to products and services that have lower environmental impacts compared to similar ones.

ECOgarantie

An Ecogarantie® product guarantees good biodegradability, non-toxicity to aquatic organisms, protection of human health, and minimal environmental impact. Products with the Ecogarantie label are certified by Certisys.

Vegan

Products that do not contain any animal-derived ingredients (such as gelatin, milk protein, dyes) are awarded the Vegan label after examination.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS AT REMSGOLD

We place great emphasis on environmentally conscious business practices. Did you know, for example, that REMSGOLD covers the majority of its energy needs with 100% green electricity from hydropower? Or that we set new environmental goals every year through our environmental statement?

RECYCLED PLASTIC

We use bottles made from 100% recycled plastic, which means no primary raw materials like oil are needed for the material processing. Bottles made from recycled plastic can be recycled again and again at 100%.

CONCENTRATES

Our products consist almost entirely of concentrates. This allows us to avoid unnecessary fillers, reduce packaging waste and empty containers, and generate less transportation volume on the road.

CARTONS

Our cartons are FSC-certified and made from 90% recycled material. The wood used comes from forests managed sustainably.

LABELS

We use mineral oil-free printing inks and recyclable material for our labels.

CERTIFICATIONS

As an EMAS III and DIN ISO 14001 certified company, we undergo annual audits. The comprehensive environmental management system evaluates the achieved environmental performance and improvements through measurable indicators.

WATER & ENERGY

We cover a large part of our electricity demand with 100% green hydroelectric power, in addition to our PV system. The water purification of our washing and wastewater is done through a pH neutralization system.
