3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process personal data that we receive from you in the course of our business relationship. Relevant data includes, for example, name, address, phone number, email address.

If we obtain consent from the data subject for processing personal data (e.g., sharing data), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
When processing personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If processing personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that our company is subject to (e.g., commercial and tax retention requirements according to Commercial Code and Tax Code), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If processing personal data is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not override those interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

10. Obligation to provide data

In our business relationship you must provide personal data necessary for establishing and conducting a business relationship and fulfilling associated contractual obligations or those we are legally obligated to collect. Without this information we may not be able to enter into or execute contracts with you.
